3N 4D Sandakphu Land Rover Package

Day 1: NJP/Bagdogra to Maneybhanjan and then transfer to Tumling

Arrive at NJP or Bagdogra, early in the morning to get transferred to Maneybhanjan. The route takes you through the scenic tea gardens of Mirik and Gol Pahar. On reaching Maneybhanjan, you will need to go through some formalities before entering the national park. After that, you will board a Land Rover and drive to Tumling, your stay for the night. Enjoy some freshly made hot meals at the stay and you can walk around soaking in the picturesque locale.

Day 2: Tumling to Sandakphu

Get up early in the morning, so that you don’t miss the magnificent sunrise, shining on the Sleeping Buddha range. After having your breakfast, you start your journey towards Sandakphu. On the way, you will pass through small settlements of Jaubari, Gairibas, Kalipokhari etc. The ascent to Sandakphu is quiet steep and you will feel the difference in climate once you reach Sandakphu. Take extra caution to save yourself from the elements. In the afternoon, you can walk to nearby, Aahl to witness the Everest during the golden hours of the sunset.

Day 3: Phalut Day trip

Today you will travel to Phalut, the second highest peak of West Bengal. The route, though flat is quite taxing as the route is not smooth but strewn with boulders. The route passes through alternate stretches of forests and vast alpine meadows. As the area falls under Indo Nepal border, there are various border police outposts where you need to check in. After a satisfying visit to Phalut, you will return to Sandakphu at your stay via the same route.

Day 4: Phalut to Maneybhanjan and transfer to NJP/Bagdogra

After you are done with your breakfast, you will traverse the known path back to the town of Maneybhanjan. From there, our car will take you back to Siliguri, for your onward journey back home
